(over the last couple of years this was very true, but more recently this has been getting much better and not so much of an issue), could also just be a quality issue and they are changing how they are made (I had an issue where the letters and numbers pealed off part of it so I couldn't see what they were). They are just temp out of them and it takes time for their order to get filled and sent to them. Store Manager doesn't see them selling many at all.
